Company Profile
Since 1989, Northwest Registration Services has been
providing
registration management for conferences, conventions, seminars
and other events. Our mission is to provide
our customers with
efficient and accurate registration services, both advance and onsite,
at an affordable price.
We have worked with corporations, associations and independent
meeting
planners both in the USA and Europe, providing services
for events as
small as 75 and as large as 11,000 attendees.
Using software written for registration
management, we can provide
you with a variety of services needed for successfully
managing
the registration portion of your event.
Northwest Registration Services is owned and operated by
Deborah
Seamans. Deborah has been working in the computer
industry since the 1970s. For many of those years, she worked
in positions of software support and training.
While working in a technical support position for Peopleware, Inc.,
writers of
MeetingPro software, Deborah became interested in
providing the service of
registration management. With the
blessings of the (then) president of the
company, Deborah
started Northwest Registration Services.
The first event that Northwest Registration Services managed was
for a potential Peopleware customer who wanted to see
the software
in action before buying it. After managing a first event
of 11,000 registrants
complete with vendors, continuing education credits and multiple workshop
selections, nothing has seemed overwhelming! That customer did
buy
the software, but for the next 4 years they continued to hire Northwest
Registration Services to handle their registration management.
Our customers are our our best advertising. Much of our work
is with repeat customers ... and those customers have been the
source of nearly all our work during the past 12 years by their
referrals to other potential customers.
That says a lot about our company and the quality of the
service that we provide.
